Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using the p998 platform. By creating a p998 account or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) p998 account only. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. p998 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated Funds without prior notice.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of p998 account registration, including your full name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. p998 may request documentary evidence of your identity (CNIC), date of birth, residential address, or ownership of payment methods at any time. Failure to provide accurate registration information or to complete KYC upon request may result in account suspension or closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p998 account login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes. p998 staff will never ask for your password via any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account using your valid credentials will be treated as authorised by you, whether or not you were actually aware of it, unless you have reported a compromise to p998 support prior to the activity occurring.
You must notify p998 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. Upon such notification, p998 will take reasonable steps to secure your account, which may include temporary suspension pending investigation. p998 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player failed to maintain adequate account security.
p998 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any Funds held therein to any other person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account closure.
p998 accepts PKR deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, and Skrill. Available payment methods may be updated from time to time. All transactions on p998 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Deposits to your p998 account via JazzCash and Easypaisa are generally processed within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending institution. Minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. p998 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. p998 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals. p998 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly; processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any outstanding verification requirements. p998 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal requests pending fraud checks or KYC completion.
You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using funds obtained through illegal means, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. p998 reserves the right to apply administrative fees to dormant accounts in accordance with its then-current dormant account policy, details of which are available upon request through p998 support.
All bets and wagers placed on p998 are subject to these Terms & Conditions and any product-specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. In the event of conflict, product-specific rules take precedence over these general terms for the specific product in question.
p998 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets that exceed prescribed limits, bets placed on markets that have been suspended, or bets where p998 reasonably suspects an error in odds or game outcome has occurred.
All casino games on p998, including live dealer games, slots, and RNG table games, are governed by the specific rules of each game as displayed within the game interface. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are available within the relevant game information panel. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical equipment operated by dealers in real time and are final.
Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by product and are displayed at the point of bet placement or within the game interface. p998 reserves the right to change stake limits at any time without prior notice.
In the event of a system malfunction, technical error, or interruption that affects game or betting outcomes, p998 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. p998 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p998 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity. p998's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total value of Funds held in that Player's account at the time the relevant claim arises.
p998 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. p998 shall not be liable for losses resulting from service interruptions caused by third parties, including payment processors, telecommunications providers, or force majeure events.
p998 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at p998.bio/privacy-policy. By registering on p998, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. p998 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC service providers, and fraud prevention services as necessary for the operation of the p998 platform.
p998 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or through a prominent notice on the p998 platform. Continued use of the p998 platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. Players who do not wish to accept amended terms should close their account and withdraw their Funds before the revised terms take effect.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Player and p998 with respect to the use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
In the event of a dispute regarding a bet, casino game outcome, or account matter, the Player should contact p998 support in the first instance. p998 will investigate all disputes in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe. The decision of p998's compliance team shall be final in respect of disputes relating to game outcomes and technical matters.
